About Us

Capitol Enquiry is a leading source of timely and accurate information about the California Legislature and state government.

Founded by Ruth Pritchard in 1973, it all started with the publication of the annual Pocket Directory of the California Legislature. This directory is now used by thousands and considered indispensable by lobbyists and others seriously working with the Legislature.

Today, Capitol Enquiry has a shelf of directories, biographies and other information to serve individuals, school districts, lobbyists, lawyers, corporations, associations, cities and counties doing business with California government. The company plans to keep adding new material and to continue making more information available online.

Management believes there will be substantial growth with the addition of new products and access to the information through the Internet.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving items, all returns will be inspected for condition and refunds will be made pending appropriate condition of items. Returns in appropriate condition will be refunded within 30 days of receiving returned items.

Cancellation Policy
