Q. How do I address a legislator in a letter?
A. The proper form of address is "The Honorable."
Q. I'm looking for voter registration breakdown and some details about voters in general.
A. Voter registration and demographics, including ethnic breakdown, are included in our District Profiles book. Also, detailed voting information is available from the Secretary of State's Elections Division, (916) 657-2166.
Q. Do you have any information on campaign contributions and lobbyists?
A. No, we do not currently publish information relating to lobbyists and campaign contributions. You can contact the Secretary of State's Political Reform Division at (916) 653-6224.

A. Most software product sales do not include updates. The exception is the "Pocket Directory on CD." This product is updated throughout the year, and the updates are included in the original purchase price.
